EGWEA Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
The
Administrative assistant is responsible for managing, organizing, scheduling and
maintaining information for EGWEA. Using computers, photocopiers, fax machines,
and phone calls, the administrative assistant creates spreadsheets, composes
emails, manages databases, maintains paper and electronic files, creates
documents and handles travel arrangements.
Job Skills:

Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.

Must be able to skillfully prepare statistical and written reports as well as
presentations. General PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word, Excel and
PowerPoint are required, along with experience composing a number of types of
professional documents.
